Transforming communities by equipping women with practical skills, restoring dignity, building true self-reliance, nurturing leadership, and strengthening families for generations to come.
Vision
2027
Our bold goals for our inaugural year. We are building a foundation to transform families across Masaka.
Why We Exist
Founded in January 2026 by Grace Ninsiima, RiseRahama Initiative was born from her conviction that when vulnerable women and girls are given education, skills training, and someone willing to believe in them, they can change the trajectory of their lives. Based in the Masaka District of Uganda, we create safe spaces, provide hands-on vocational training in practical crafts, and offer mentorship that helps women move from survival toward enduring self-reliance and hope.
Teaching crocheting, weaving, and handcrafts to build real-world abilities.
Helping women turn their new skills into income-generating small businesses.
Providing a safe, supportive environment where women build confidence and leadership.
